The Park building under lease are: (1) Retail, (2) Professional, and (3) Storage.
Land at The Park consists of 10 acres of developed, but not subdivided.

The current occupancy rate in shopping center is 95 %.
The first building constructed at The Park was completed in 1995, and last one
built was in 2010.
LEASE TERMS REMAINING
The leases run from 1 to 5 years.
There are three large lots to choose from right in the center of the shopping center. The lots are from 2 acres to 3.26 acres, with paved streets and all utlities.
Building permits can be obtained quickly and inexpensively from the Holiday Island Zoning and Planning Commission, 100 % owned and controlled by the existing Developer.
